We regret to announce that the 2021 NAWEA/WindTech Conference, originally planned for September 2021, is postponed to September 2022 (final date TBD). The 2022 NAWEA/WindTech Conference will be held in person at the University of Delaware. The decision to postpone was driven by the uncertainty around COVID19 spread in large in-person gatherings over multiple days in an indoor environment. Abstracts already submitted will be withdrawn. A new call for abstracts will be issued in 2022 for the 2022 conference.
Despite the cancellation, we are offering an Interim Webinar Series starting in September 2021 that will represent the full sweep of wind energy research and feature the five conference tracks of Grid integration; Social/environmental aspects; Offshore wind; Wind turbines and wind plants; and Atmospheric/ocean sciences. There will be no call for abstracts for this interim event. For more details, please go to the Interim tab (https://www.naweawindtech2021.org/interim/).
Please sign up for regular updates on the conference at the NAWEA website https://www.nawea.org/
