COVID-19:

Proof of vaccination will be required for all conference participants. The conference badge will not be issued without vaccination proof. No refund will be issued if proof of vaccination cannot be provided by check-in time.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: 

Requests for refunds will be honored when received fourteen calendar days prior to the conference start. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to COVID-19 or unforeseen circumstances, the University of Delaware will fully refund the registration fees, but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
